Packaging
Export-Grade Preservation
Ocean freight is a harsh environment. We utilize a multi-layer protection system to prevent corrosion and physical damage during transit.
- VCI Technology: Wrapping machines in Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) film to neutralize salt air and moisture.
- Vacuum Sealing: For sensitive electronics and PLCs, we use vacuum-sealed foil barriers with desiccant packs.
- Structural Crating: All equipment is housed in heavy-duty, fumigated wooden crates (ISPM 15 compliant) reinforced for forklift handling.
Consolidation
Intelligent Container Loading (SKD)
We do not ship “air.” Our engineers calculate the optimal disassembly plan (Semi-Knocked Down or SKD) to maximize container space and reduce your shipping costs.
- Space Planning: Using CAD simulations to fit maximum volume into 20ft or 40ft HQ containers.
- Lashing & Securing: Heavy machinery is bolted and lashed to the container floor using industrial straps to prevent shifting during rough sea conditions.
Documentation
Customs & Regulatory Clearance

- HS Code Classification: We determine the correct Harmonized System codes to optimize duty rates and ensure compliance.
