Rigorous Inspection Protocols
Scientific Quality Assurance
We adhere to a Zero-Tolerance Inspection Protocol. By combining advanced metrology with rigorous stress testing, we ensure that every system meets exact engineering specifications before it leaves the factory floor.

Quality is Engineered, Not Just Inspected.
Traditional trading companies only inspect the final product. By then, it is too late. We embed quality assurance into every stage of the manufacturing lifecycle. From verifying the chemical composition of raw materials to stress-testing the software logic, we identify and neutralize risks before final assembly begins.
Our 3-Stage Inspection Protocol
Raw Material Verification
We do not trust supplier certificates blindly. We verify.
- Spectroscopy Analysis: Using XRF handheld analyzers to confirm steel grades (e.g., verifying SS316 vs. SS304) to prevent corrosion risks.
- Component Authentication: Verifying serial numbers of Tier-1 parts (motors, PLCs, bearings) to ensure they are genuine originals, not clones.
In-Process Audits (IPQC)
Our engineers inspect the machine while the internals are still visible.
- Dimensional Accuracy: Using CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) to verify that key mechanical parts meet tolerance limits.
- Electrical Safety: Inspecting cabinet wiring, crimping standards, and grounding to meet IEC safety regulations.
- Alignment Checks: Laser alignment of motors and gearboxes to prevent vibration and premature wear.
Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
The final exam. The machine must run at full capacity.
- Load Testing: Running the equipment at 110% of design speed to verify stability.
- Continuous Run: A mandatory 4-8 hour dry run to detect overheating or sensor drift.
- Software Logic Validation: Testing all alarm states, emergency stops, and HMI responsiveness.
Raw Material Verification
Ensuring Material Integrity
Hardware is only half the equation. As systems integrators, we rigorously validate the “Digital Layer” of your machinery.
- Code Review: We check PLC logic structure to ensure efficient execution cycles.
- Fault Simulation: We intentionally trigger errors (e.g., blocking a sensor) to prove the machine stops safely and displays the correct error message.
- Interface Testing: Verifying that the HMI layout is intuitive and correctly translated.

In-Process Audits
Engineering & Workmanship Checks
Our engineers inspect the machine while the internals are still visible, ensuring structural and electrical safety.
- Dimensional Accuracy: Using CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) to verify that key mechanical parts meet tolerance limits.
- Electrical Safety: Inspecting cabinet wiring, crimping standards, and grounding to meet IEC safety regulations.
- Laser Alignment: Precision alignment of motors and gearboxes to prevent vibration and premature wear.
Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
Performance Stress Testing
The final exam. The equipment does not leave the floor until it proves it can handle the workload.
- Load Testing: Running the equipment at 110% of design speed to verify stability.
- Continuous Run: A mandatory 4-8 hour dry run to detect overheating or sensor drift.
- Output Validation: Measuring the final product output (bottles, parts, or packs) to ensure it matches the technical drawing.

Software Validation
Logic & Control Verification
Hardware is only half the equation. As systems integrators, we rigorously validate the “Digital Layer” of your machinery.
- Code Review: Checking PLC logic structure to ensure efficient execution cycles.
- Fault Simulation: Intentionally triggering errors (e.g., blocking a sensor) to prove the machine stops safely and displays the correct error message.
- Interface Testing: Verifying that the HMI layout is intuitive and correctly localized.
Total Traceability
Your Quality Dossier
Transparency is paramount. Before shipment, every client receives a comprehensive data package.
- The Evidence: High-resolution video footage of the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test).
- The Data: Measurement reports showing “Planned vs. Actual” dimensions.
- The Certificate: A signed Certificate of Conformance (CoC) releasing the machine for export.
